Covid-19 update 

We are now back in the office following the lifting of the third lockdown. Some of our team members may have to work from home at short notice so please make sure you call us first before making the journey to our offices.  Please only make an appointment to come to the office if your enquiry can't be dealt with on the telephone or by email. We have strict policies in place to enable us to adhere to social distancing regulations and we will only be allowing two people at a time to come in.

If you have seen a property you would like to view we will happily let you have a look round on the basis that the safety rules set out by us are followed.  Don't be offended if we don't come into the property with you as in the nicest possible way, we need to keep our distance from you for the time being. 
It may be a little more trickier for us to let you view a property that is occupied by existing Tenants as some people understandably don't feel comfortable having people in their homes or are in a vulnerable position themselves.  If you have them, please wear disposable protective gloves whilst you are looking around the property and refrain from touching anything. You MUST wear a face covering.  
We have uploaded as many virtual viewing tours as possible, so if you are looking for a property to let, please take a look at the videos before requesting a viewing. 

Reporting tenancy repairs

No application fees for Tenants

The Tenants fee ban became law on 1st June 2019 meaning that Landlords & Agents are no longer allowed to charge certain fees to Tenants.  If you want to rent one of our properties, there  are no administration fees of application fees to pay. Repairs & Maintenance: we offer a 24/7 service

When Tenants have an issue outside of normal office hours, one of our helpful team members is on hand for them to talk to. Our experience property managers will advise of what action should be taken and offer reassurance.
