No application fees for Tenants
The Tenants fee ban became law on 1st June 2019 meaning the Landlords & Agents are no longer allowed to charge certain fees to Tenants on all new tenancies that are created. The ban does not currently apply to existing tenancies that were executed prior to the 1st June 2019. All tenancies will be subject to the fees ban from 1st June 2020.
