As of 19th July 2021, despite most restrictions being lifted we are still remaining cautious and we are still operating an appointment only system at our office. Some of our team members may be working from home so make sure you call us prior to making the journey to the office.   Please only make an appointment to come to the office if your enquiry can't be dealt with on the telephone or by email. We will only be allowing a maximum two people at a time to come in and you must wear a face covering and sanitise your hands upon arrival.

If you have seen a property you would like to view we will happily let you have a look round on the basis that the safety rules set out by us are followed: refrain from touching anything inside the property and please wear a face mask whilst viewing a property.   We want to do all we can to continue to protect our team and existing customers.

In the past rogue letting Agents have acted appallingly leaving Tenants and Landlords out if pocket. Unfortunately, the minority who were breaking the rules spoilt if for the honest ones. We have a ring fenced Client money bank account and hold full client money protection insurance & we are proud members of the UK Association of Letting Agents & The property Redress Scheme.

No application fees for Tenants

The Tenants fee ban became law on 1st June 2019 meaning that Landlords & Agents are no longer allowed to charge certain fees to Tenants.  If you want to rent one of our properties, there  are no administration fees of application fees to pay. Repairs & Maintenance: we offer a 24/7 service

When Tenants have an issue outside of normal office hours, one of our helpful team members is on hand for them to talk to. Our experience property managers will advise of what action should be taken and offer reassurance.
