We also use Social Media to great effect, so along with our in-branch display, bright for sale boards & website, there is no way that potential buyers will not know your property is for sale.
No long tie in periods
All we ask from you is a commitment of 8 weeks as we think this is plenty of time to sell your property & we will ask that you sign up using us as your sole Agents for selling your property. We see little point in signing people up for 22 weeks like some other Agents. Almost half a year is a long time and you should check any contract that you sign to ensure that you aren’t tied in for such a lengthy amount of time.
Negotiating is what we’re good at
The optimum time for a potential buyer to make an offer is just after the viewing. Our Negotiators will always encourage that an offer to buy is made as soon as possible. There are times when the property is just not right for the buyer and even with the best negotiating skills, an offer won’t be forthcoming.
The finer details matter
When people are looking at property details online, they want to see the lay-out of the property which is why we think it’s vital to have a floorplan displayed with the advertisement & we will include a floor plan at no extra cost.
